✨ We’re hiring : Operations Support Engineer ✨

We’re looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer to join our team in Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatera
 
Requirements :
•    Age maximum is 30
•    Undergraduate of Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 Know basic skills how to maintenance & operating machineries
•    Has experience would be preferable (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
•    Good English communication skills are required
•    Highly motivated in learning and detail oriented person
•    Have strong leadership skills 
•    Willing to be placed in Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatera

Key Responsibilities :
•    Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of machinery before and after production, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
•    Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous, safe operations.
•    Support installation and commissioning of new machines alongside the principal supplier’s team, and absorb technical knowledge during the process.
•    Collect, analyze, and report machine activity data to support performance monitoring and preventive maintenance planning.
•    Ensure safety and compliance with operational standards in all maintenance and repair activities within the production environment.
